Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Exchanges
If your return is approved, you may exchange the item for another item of equal value when the return is made within 30 days.

Refunds
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be final sale (e.g., earrings, and jewelry) unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
